Since 2015, the municipal company TeGeCe Infrastruktur und Logistik GmbH is the owner and operator of the rail infrastructure on site. These include the railway connection to the Frankfurt (Oder) passenger station, four sidings with each more than 600 meters length, the feeder tracks to the terminal and the logistics and transhipment tracks within the terminal. A discrimination-free access to the track systems is granted for block train traffic as well as to single wagons. The tracks are accessible with diesel transaction. Theses trends offer new opportunities for the development of Frankfurt (Oder) as a railway location and the further development of railway infrastructure on site. Additional sidings, state-of-the-art operational equipment and investment in further handling technology ensure the long-term and sustainable performance of the site.
